The location was marvellous close to the sea, close to Slipstream Sculpture. The rooms were clean with a safe, a sofa bed, and central heating.

The room was clean and had a view to garden. There were a microwave, an electric kettle, and fridges, greatly enjoyed it. The location was exceptionally nice: several stores and a supermarket were within walking distance.

I had a fantastic time during my vacation, and the weather was perfect.

The hotel exceeded my expectations - it was comfortable enough, very clean, with very friendly owners that take care of the hotel themselves. Given the low price, it is definitely a good deal for those who want to spend several days at Riva del Garda.

Low cost and very very clean , nice stuff .. free bicycle , very good kitchen the hotel is perfect for those who want to windsurf all day and looking for a place to sleep only

I had a really nice stay here during my vacation. I loved the studio and all the amenities it offered. the location was simply fantastic, right by the sea and in a lovely, quiet area. 🌊.

I did not see on your site that there was a charge for bedding and towels 11 euros per person, nor did I see that I would be required to clean the room or be charged 35 euros

I had a wonderful experience here; everything was fantastic! the location is magnificent, right by the town center, beach, and swimming spots, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. My room was well-equipped with a microwave oven, an individual safe, and air conditioning, and I appreciated having a kitchenette as well.

An excellent hotel, superbly placed, and very good facilities. The staff are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. Cant rate this holiday highly enough and a great portion of this due to the Residence Paradise.

Our stay at Residence Paradise was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk to shops and a supermarket. The kitchen was well-equipped and the spacious balcony was a great place to relax. We also loved the fact that there was a swimming pool, which was perfect for our young children. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel.

Incredible staff, super friendly and helpful! Awesome location near the lake and grocery store, ideal for self-catering. Free parking and swimming pool provided.
